The Kiddie Boat Ride was purchased from Allan Herschell Company, Inc of North Tonawanda, Niagra County, New York. It consists of 6 4-passenger boasts.
It was first delivered to Playland Park (later renamed Neff’s Amusement Park) in San Angelo, TX. Robert and Ruth Mikesell who leased the ride to Paul and Alethea Roads originally purchased the ride. The Mikesells were Alethea Road’s parents, who with the Roads and the ride, moved to Amarillo, TX from San Angelo, TX to start up KiddieLand Park (later named Wonderland Amusement Park).
