Wonderland is kicking off an exciting new chapter! Under the leadership of Jimmy Holmes and the team at 360 Parks of Amarillo, we're bringing fresh energy to 75 years of Panhandle tradition — new paint, new upgrades, and a whole lot more fun on the way.
The Wonderland team and community leaders mark the start of a new era, April 2026.
We celebrated the start of this new era with a ribbon-cutting at our brand-new north entrance sign on April 2, 2026, kicking off our 75th anniversary season alongside the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce, Amarillo Mayor Cole Stanley, and the Borchardt family — Wonderland's founding family, who ran the park for 74 years before passing the torch. ABC7 Amarillo, the Amarillo Tribune, and the Amarillo Globe-News covered the celebration.
One thing hasn't changed, though: our commitment to being the place where Amarillo families make their memories, generation after generation.
