General Park Policies
Weather Policy
Wonderland rarely closes due to weather. Safety is our top priority, and in the event of severe weather, certain rides may temporarily close or the entire park may close. Some rides may also close temporarily during periods of heavy wind, as it is not safe to operate them under those conditions. Wonderland does not issue rain checks or refunds due to weather.
Bag Policy
Bags brought into the park may be no larger than a standard sheet of paper. All bags are subject to search upon entry. Small clear purses, diaper bags, and medical bags are permitted and will be searched at the gate. Duffel bags are not allowed.
Outside Food and Drink
Outside food and drink are not permitted in the park. One clear water bottle per person is allowed.
Lost or Stolen Items
Wonderland is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal items brought into the park. Guests are encouraged to keep valuables secured on their person and to avoid leaving belongings unattended, including in stroller/wagon parking areas, ride queue lines, or on ride vehicles.
Security
Wonderland is private property. Except for Wonderland security personnel, firearms and weapons are not allowed in the park. We reserve the right to inspect all persons and belongings on Wonderland property.
Line-Cutting
Wonderland will eject any guest who cuts in line, whether in a ride line or a gate or concession line. Please be courteous to others while enjoying our facility.
Service Animals
Wonderland welcomes service animals into our park. Animals must wear a harness/service vest attached to a leash no longer than 4 feet, and must remain under the owner's control at all times. Animals are not permitted on rides at any time. Owners are responsible for their animal's behavior and for cleaning up after their animal.
Smoking
Smoking is only allowed in one designated area: the umbrella near the Pipeline Plunge exit. Smoking is not permitted anywhere else in the park.
Dress Code
Tube tops, tank tops, and halter tops are permitted. Swimwear may be worn but must be covered by a shirt and shorts while in the park. Shoes are required at all times. Clothing with offensive language, images, or suggestive content is not permitted, and bandanas and do-rags are not allowed. If Wonderland staff determine clothing to be inappropriate, guests will be asked to change; t-shirts are available for purchase at Wonderland's Souvenir Building.
Height and Weight Requirements
All rides have specific height and weight requirements. See Ride Safety Policies below for full details.
Alcohol and Drugs
Alcoholic beverages are not allowed inside Wonderland. Guests may not ride any amusement ride while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and guests found to be under the influence will be required to leave the park.
General Admission and Mini Golf
General admission wristbands do not include mini golf. Guests must purchase mini golf separately at the mini golf entrance.
Ride Safety Policies
Assumption of Risk
There are inherent risks in riding any amusement ride. By participating, guests accept the risks inherent in that participation, of which an ordinarily prudent person should be aware.
Shared Responsibility
Guest safety is Wonderland's number one priority, and safety is a shared partnership between Wonderland and our guests. Guests are asked to use good judgment when considering ride restrictions. Management reserves the right to refuse a guest's participation or access to any ride it deems inappropriate for that guest.
Height and Weight Requirements
Due to the mechanical design specifications of individual rides, guests exceeding or falling below designated height or weight parameters may be deemed ineligible to participate in certain rides. Some rides can only operate safely when a guest's weight falls under a specified limit. Additionally, applicable height and safety requirements may mandate that a minor be accompanied by a responsible adult, defined as an individual eighteen (18) years of age or older.
Possession of a Ride Pass wristband does not constitute a guarantee of access to any or all rides. Guests will be subject to measurement at the point of ride entry to confirm compliance with applicable restrictions, and Wonderland reserves the right to deny access to any guest who does not meet the stated requirements, notwithstanding possession of a valid wristband or pass.
Ride Conduct
For safety, guests may not ride on another guest's lap on rides with individual restraint systems, such as roller coasters and thrill rides. All riders must properly use the safety equipment provided for the ride they are on. Guests are responsible for acting in a responsible manner before boarding any ride and for obeying all written and oral warnings prior to and during the ride. Please observe all caution signs before entering ride lines.
Personal phones and cameras — including use for photos, videos, or texting — are not permitted while riding coasters or thrill rides. An item that comes loose during a ride can become a projectile and injure the guest holding it or others nearby. Wonderland's social media team occasionally films content on rides for marketing purposes and may invite a guest to participate using Wonderland-provided equipment.
Pregnancy Advisory
Wonderland discourages pregnant guests from riding roller coasters and thrill rides.
Guidelines for Guests with Disabilities
Guests with Injuries or Disabilities
Guests with previously treated injuries (such as a broken arm in a cast) or disabilities will be required to sign a waiver at the Guest Relations booth before riding. Once signed, a permission slip will be issued for ride access. Guests must be 18 or older to sign the waiver themselves; guests under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign on their behalf.
Disability Wristbands
Guests with a disability who will not be riding may receive a white wristband at no charge at Guest Relations. A white wristband indicates the guest will not be participating in rides.
Before You Visit
Wonderland requests that guests with disabilities be accompanied by someone familiar with their needs to assist with loading and unloading rides.
Decide Before You Ride
We suggest guests "Decide Before You Ride" whether a ride is right for them. Before riding, evaluate the ride during its full loading, running, and unloading cycle, then consider your own capabilities in deciding whether to ride. Guests should consider whether they: can withstand the physical forces the ride produces; can understand how to load, unload, and participate on the ride, including effects the ride will produce at each stage; can brace, as needed, against the ride's effects; and are mobile enough to exit the ride safely on their own if required - for example, using catwalks or stairs. This is rare, but guests should be aware of the possibility and use good judgment before riding.
Boarding Assistance
Please let the ride operator know of any specific needs or extra time required to board or exit. At some rides, guests with disabilities and their companion may enter through the exit; please wait for the operator's permission and instructions before boarding.
Prosthetic and Orthotic Devices
Guests who wear prosthetic or orthotic devices should ensure they are properly fitted and secure before riding. A device that becomes detached during a ride could compromise the rider's safety restraints or cause harm to another rider.
